“ I've been here before and forgot to write a review. Reasonably priced at $8 a sandwich. Got both the chicken and pork banh mi sandwiches. They were delicious with a balanced flavor of sweet and slightly sour. Fresh and pickled veggies, warm and cold. Overall very good. Bonus: Buy 5 and get a 6th for free any day. ”
“ Living out in chantilly we have very few places that sell banh mi. This is our go to place. They have banh mi, banh baos and other desserts. We really enjoy their combination and bbq pork banh mi. The pickled veggies are delicious in the sandwiches. ”
“ Very flavorful the bread is nice and crispy. Service was great you can call ahead to pre order to save time on the wait. They have seating available to eat inside. Gender neutral bathroom. Best of all they do the buy 5 get 1 free banh mi deal! Yal have to go try the banh mi are all delicious! ”
“ Banh Mi Ong Beo in Chantilly offers great value for the price with generous portion sizes. I tried the Chicken Teriyaki Banh Mi, and the flavors were spot-on. But I did wish there was a bit more mayonnaise, as it was on the dryer side. The Thai Milk Tea deal is a steal! The Thai Iced Tea was very authentic and reminded me of the ones I had in Bangkok--perfectly sweet and rich in flavor. The restaurant itself is a decent size with plenty of seating, inside and outside. The service was excellent, with the server/cashier being really attentive. Overall, Banh Mi Ong Beo is a solid spot for affordable, flavorful banh mi and delicious Thai drinks. ”
“ Placed an order online for this banh mi place for lunch as it is closer than anything in falls church or arlington, i ordered a banh mi bbq xa xiu (pork) which not of place have along with an avocado smoothie and a ong beo cofffee and egg rolls. Egg rolls was still crunchy when it gets to me and the taste is very good. The banh mi was filled with a lot of meat which i appreciate and lots of vegetables too ( I didn't put all of it on mine) Coffee was creamy and perfect, I might say i prefer this coffee over tea dm coffee (if i'm dare). Price was a bit pricey for uber but still worth it if you ever crave a banh mi. This one one of the banh mi place in chantilly so you wouldn't have to drive 30 - 40 mins for a banh mi again. Over all, I would make this my regular banh mi place! Oh one thing: don't love the avocado smoothie much so won't be ordering it again! ”
“ The cozy vibe and friendly staff made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Their menu is packed with amazing options, but our favorites were the Dac Biet Banh Mi, a perfectly balanced sandwich loaded with Jambon, Vietnamese ham, pork roll, pate, and fresh veggies, and the Banh Mi Bo Ne, which came sizzling on a skillet with beef, fries, pate, and an egg. The drinks were just as incredible! We tried the Ube Iced Coffee, which was creamy and bold, and the Pink Mango Smoothie, which was so refreshing. Everything tasted fresh, and the portions were generous. This place is definitely worth visiting if you love authentic Vietnamese food or want to try something new. We'll be back soon! ”
“ I wasn't able to try this place when it as still Bánh Mì Kim Lần, but I was excited to finally get the time to head over to this spot. It's pretty close to Lotte as well. The interior is super cute, and there were already a good amount of customers here around 10:30 am on a Saturday. I ordered some banh mi and I got mine with a combo (includes a coffee) and was pleasantly surprised at the banh mi. Usually I don't like a lot of banh mi spots because of the baguettes, but theirs is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it's thicker as well to hold better in your hands. The iced coffee (just regular coffee, not Vietnamese coffee) didnt really have a flavor, even though I ordered hazelnut flavor. But overall, the banh mis that we ordered were super tasty! We got the banh mi ong beo along with the lemongrass pork banh mi. I do want to come back to try the other ones on the menu as well as the drinks, so we will be back! ”
“ We got the dac biet banh mi and the lemongrass pork banh mi. The bread was crispy (a little on the dry side). The mayo and pate were rich and complemented the meats. Based on some of the other reviews who complained that there wasn't enough filling, we didn't have that issue at all! Really great sandwiches and I'm eager to try some of the other options. T The ong beo coffee was nice and creamy with a creme brulee top. My suspicion is that they use a pre-made Lee's coffee concentrate mixed with something made in house - regardless, it tasted very good! Service was a bit on the slower side. We were the only customers there and it took around 10 minutes for them to make 2 sandwich. Decor is nice and clean. Small and cozy family owned sandwich shop. I recommend checking it out if you're not willing to make the trex to Eden Center and you're craving a banh mi! ”
“ Great casual bahn mi shop! Super high quality and tasty meat. If you're wanting to try something new bit nervous this is a great place to start since they have a limited menu and you can't go wrong with any of the options! They are closed on Tuesdays & close fairly early (8pm unless it's Sunday they close at 7pm) so make sure you plan accordingly! Come stop by and grab a sandwich and boba! ”
